I designed the KraftLight™ because I was not
satisfied with the lights that were available to
rowers. Burning through batteries and constant
maintenance took up too much of my rowing time. And
most of the lights available were altered bicycle
lights and did not meet any of the Coast Guard
requirements for marine running lights. The
KraftLight uses LED technology for up to 100 hours
of light between battery changes. There is no bulb
to replace. The LED's last 100,000 hours. Batteries
are included. Replacement batteries are readily
available at most camera stores or from RowKraft.
The KraftLight Bow lights attach to the boat using
the bow number holder and have a bow ball lanyard,
just in case. The stern Light attaches using a large
suction cup. Great for hard deck boats, and the top
of outboard motors. The KraftLight, KraftLight Mini,
and the KraftLight Stern are available individually
and in sets of one bow and one stern light.
